Sky51 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the sky51 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of These Terms & Conditions
Consent Through Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sky51 platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform or services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and sky51 as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect from the first date you use the platform, whether through the official website or mobile application.
Age Restriction & Eligibility
Access to the sky51 platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. sky51 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close any account that does not meet this requirement.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. sky51 is not liable for any use of the platform that violates a user's local laws.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the sky51 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current.
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and email address used for verification and important communications.
Password Security & Account Access
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. sky51 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
You are strictly prohibited from sharing, transferring, or selling your account to any other party. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
Prohibited Conduct on the Platform
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the sky51 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including bonus or promotion abuse
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Distributing content that is defamatory, threatening, or unlawful
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems and infrastructure
Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.
Payment Information, MYR Transactions & Funds Policy
Deposits & Currency
All transactions on the sky51 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and FPX (internet banking). Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. sky51 reserves the right to decline or cancel any transaction suspected of involving illegal activity or fraud.
Minimum and maximum limits for each deposit or withdrawal may vary depending on the payment method and your account verification level. The latest limit information can be found in the wallet section of your account.
Fund Withdrawals & Processing Conditions
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe. sky51 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds from unauthorised access.
Bonus funds received through promotions may be subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific conditions for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
Account Suspension & Closure
Sky51 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, funds in the account may be held pending investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within the stipulated working hours, and any legitimate remaining balance will be refunded via the original payment method.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Platform Liability
Sky51 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical failures beyond our control.
That said, sky51 is committed to maintaining the highest possible platform availability and will take all reasonable steps to resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible.
Platform Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and visual elements on the sky51 platform are the exclusive property of sky51 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, or using any of these elements for commercial purposes without the express written consent of sky51.
Third-Party Links & Services
The sky51 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. sky51 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend These Terms
Sky51 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
For changes deemed significant, sky51 will endeavour to notify active users via email or in-platform notifications, though this does not constitute an absolute obligation.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remainder of the terms shall continue in full force and effect.
